Well that explains it. I can't figure out if Kroger organic is rBGH free but it's so much cheaper than Horizon! Why on EARTH can't they label it as such? Oh, okay, I'll go read it myself.

It is a bunch of crap. Strickland needs to change the rule - surprised he's on the "wrong" side of this issue.
